【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesrequirementsforelec-troplatedcoatingsoftin-leadalloycontainingbetween50%(m/m)and70%(m/m)oftin(see10.3).Itmaybeusedfortin-leadalloysofothercompositionsbutthepropertiesofsuchcoatingsmaybedifferentfromthoseofthealloyrangequoted.Aclassificationschemeisincludedbywhichthenatureofthebasismetalandthecoatingcomposition,withintheselimits,canbedefinedandwhichalsocontainsprovisionforflow-meltingandbrightdepositedcoatings.Thecoatingsareintendedforuseonfabricatedmetalarticlesandonprintedcircuitboards.Itdoesnotapplytoa)threadedcomponents;b)bearingoverlays;c)coatingsonsheet,striporwireinunfabricatedform,orofarticlesmadefromthem;d)electroplatingofsteelswithtensilestrengthgreaterthan1000MPa(orofcorrespondinghardness),becausesuchsteelsaresubjecttohydrogenembrittlement(see8.2).note:1)1MPa=1N/mm
