【摘要】:Substitutewastewatermaybeusedforlaboratorytestingwhereareproduciblemixturesimulatingmunicipalwastewaterisrequired.Toprovideamoreruggedevaluationofatestmethod''sabilitytomeasureanalytesandtheprecisionofthetestmethodundermoredemandingconditions,itisnecessarytoutilizeamatrixmorecomplexthanreagentwater.Substitutewastewaterisintendedtobeusedasamaterialtobespikedwithanalytesorinterferentsofinteresttoevaluatetheperformanceoftestmethods.UtilizationofsubstitutewastewaterasamatrixininterlaboratoryvalidationstudieswillallowinclusionofperformancestatisticsforthismatrixinthePrecisionandBiassectionoftestmethods.Usersoftestmethodswillbeabletoevaluatetheirapplicationoftestmethodsinthismatrixagainstpublishedresults.1.1Thispracticecoversthepreparationofanaqueousmixturecontainingconstituentsinconcentrationssuchthatitwillhavephysicalandchemicalmatrixcharacteristicssimilartomunicipalwastewater.1.2Wastewatersareextremelyvariable,dependingonthequantityandnatureofthematerialsbeingdischargedintothecollectionsystem.Themixturepreparedwiththispracticeisnotrepresentativeofanyparticularwastewater.Rather,itallowstheusertoprepareamixturethatexhibitsasimilarmatriximpactontestmethodperformanceasistypicalofmunicipalwastewaterandcanbepreparedfromcommonmaterialsinexpensivelyandreproducibly.Itallowstheevaluationoftestmethods,overtime,againstthesamereferencepoint.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO11810isapplicabletodisposableandreusable,aswellaswovenandnon-wovenmaterialsusedassurgicaldrapesandotherpatientprotectivecoverswhichclaimtobelaser-resistant.ThepurposeofthispartofISO11810istoprovideastandardizedmethodfortestingandclassifyingsurgicaldrapesandotherpatientprotectivecoverswithrespecttolaser-inducedhazards.Anappropriateclassificationsystemisgiven.ItisnotthepurposeofthispartofISO11810toserveasageneralfiresafetyspecification,andassuch,thispartofISO11810doesnotcoverothersourcesofignition.Italsodoesnotcovertheissueoflaser-inducedsecondaryignition.Allmaterialsreflectportionsofthebeamanditisnecessaryfortheusertodecidewhetherspecularreflectancemaybeahazard.Thismeasurement,however,isnotcoveredinthispartofISO11810.
