【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardprovidesanauditprotocoltomonitorconformitywithdeclared,orassumed,practicesinallareasofwaterqualitysampling.Specifically,thestandardprovidesguidanceonthesystematicassessmentofsamplingpracticesandproceduresinthefield,andassessingconformitywiththosegivenintheorganization’ssamplingmanual.Itisapplicabletotheauditofsamplingactivitiesfromthedevelopmentofasamplingmanualthroughtothedeliveryofsamplestothelaboratory.Thisstandardisapplicabletosamplingpracticesassociatedwithwastewaters,includingdischargestowaterbodies,environmentalmonitoring,potablewatersuppliesfromsourcetotap,commercialandindustrialusesofwater,andpowergeneration.Thisstandardisapplicabletotheauditingofsamplingpracticesrelevanttothemanagementofwaterstoredincontainers,suchastemporarysupplytanksandbottledsupplies.However,itisnotapplicablefortheauditing(orcalibrationandmaintenance)ofon?sitetestequipmentorkits.Thefollowingsamplingoccasionsareexcludedfromboththefieldanddesk-auditproceduressetoutinthisstandard:a)chemicalandmicrobiologicalincidents,whichareinvestigatedbyagenciessuchastheemergencyservices,e.g.whereanimmediaterisktothehealthofthesamplingpractitioner/operativeisevident;b)radiochemicalsamplingofwaterquality,otherthanthatspecifiedasaroutinerequirementundertheUKWaterSupply(WaterQuality)Regulations[1],[2],[3],[4],i.e.radiochemicalincidentswhichareinvestigatedbyagenciessuchastheemergencyservices.AnnexAcontainsaseriesofformstoassistwithauditing.Theseareforguidanceonly.AnnexBgivesproceduresformonitoringtemperaturecontrol,whileAnnexCprovidesguidanceonmeasuringtheuncertaintyassociatedwithsamplingpractices.
