本标准规定了长波远程无线电导航台(即罗兰C导航台)、长波远程无线电导航系统监测站(即罗兰C监测站)和中波中程无线电导航台（即罗兰A导航台）的电磁环境要求。规定了为保证导航台站提供正常导航信息而对有源干扰和台站周围设施的限制。本标准适用于长波远程无线电导航台、监测站和中波中程无线电导航台的电磁环境管理，并可作为上述导航台站与其他设施间的电磁兼容准则之一。本标准不适用于其他对海无线电导航台站。
