【摘要】:ISO13628-10:2005definesthetechnicalrequirementsforsafe,dimensionallyandfunctionallyinterchangeablebondedflexiblepipesthataredesignedandmanufacturedtouniformstandardsandcriteria.Minimumrequirementsarespecifiedforthedesign,materialselection,manufacture,testing,markingandpackagingofbondedflexiblepipes,withreferencetoexistingcodesandstandardswhereapplicable.ISO13628-10:2005appliestobondedflexiblepipeassemblies,consistingofsegmentsofflexiblepipebodywithendfittingsattachedtobothends.ISO13628-10:2005appliestopipeswithadesignpressuregreaterthanorequalto1,5MPa(15bar).ISO13628-10:2005canbeusedforlowerdesignpressurepipes,thoughtherequirementsofthesepipeshavenotbeenspecificallyaddressed.ISO13628-10:2005doesnotcoverflexiblepipesofunbondedstructurenortoflexiblepipeancillarycomponentsanddoesnotapplytoflexiblepipesforuseinchokeandkilllineapplications..ISO13628-10:2005canbeappliedtoflexiblepipesthatincludenon-metallicreinforcinglayers,thoughnoeffortwasmadetoaddressthespecificanduniquetechnologicalaspectsofthisproduct,andtoabondedconstructionpipethatincludesamaterialorlayerconstructionthatiscoveredinISO13628-2.ISO13628-10:2005canbeappliedtoflexiblepipesforpilehammer,gasflare,watersupplyandjettingapplications,thoughnoeffortwasmadetoaddressthespecificanduniquetechnologicalaspectsrelatingtoeachoftheserequirements.
